Maximize Momentum: Formulas for a More Productive Team

This workshop presents an opportunity to rethink and redefine productivity in a way that is both good for business and good for people.

Our new formula for defining and measuring productivity in our workplaces today is based on interviews with 30 senior leaders from startups to Fortune 500 about the most productive teams and the most productive individuals they've experienced over the course of their career.

The formula provides teams with a new framework and shared language to have productive discussions and make better decisions.

Participants will leave with new understanding, knowledge, and tips to:

  • Evaluate how the team is spending their time and energy

  • Identify and remove obstacles to team productivity

  • Prioritize how to spend resources in order to optimize sustained productivity

A Case for Good: Why ‘Doing Good’ is Good for Business

A Case for Good: Why ‘Doing Good’ is Good for Business

Doing good isn’t a trend, it's a declaration. A refusal to let commerce and conscience exist as strangers. A Case for Good is where these ideas meet: four conversations, four explorations, and four provocations that will remind you what business could be and what happens when you choose to do what’s right and smart at the same time.

Why Should You Care?

Because the rules are shifting. Customers notice. Talent notices. Investors notice. The world notices. If your business doesn’t lead with purpose, someone else’s will. This series isn’t a manual. It’s an invitation to rethink, reframe, and reimagine what your work can do and the kind of impact it leaves behind.
